Neur remind players to be responsible upon the restart of Bundesliga

With Angela Merkel, the Chancellor of Germany, preparing to declare the restart date of the league, Manuel Neur urges Bundesliga players to be responsible.

The Bavarian skipper Neuer stated Bundesliga players must understand their responsibilities upon the restart of the league during these challenging conditions.

Due to the COVID-19 epidemic, the 2019-20 season of the league has been halted since March, but Chancellor Angela Merkel is prepared to soon announce the return date of the German Football on Wednesday.

Reports suggest that the matches could restart as soon as 15 May, which would make the German league the first European domestic league to come back on-premises since the novel coronavirus crisis.

Salomon Kalou from Hertha Berlin was suspended by the authorities upon defying social distancing guidelines, potentially endangering the German Football’s plan to revive.
Thus Bayern Munich’s captain Neuer suggests that every player should be a role model in this situation.

He said he is talking about consciously of the game and the matches. He added people from other European nations and, of course, from all across the globe, will be looking at them. This is the big thing for German football, which they must know about with every atom in their body. They must understand that it is not only important to the football association but to us too.

Manuel continues that they are a part of this society, and they are role models here. They only wish to resume the game, but at the current state, that is not enough. Youc an also find the career life of Marco Reus from Borussia Dortmund here.

Salomon evoked anger when shared an online video showing that he is breaking some strict rules and regulation related to the social distancing guidelines amid COVID-19 outbreak.

Kalue went live while arriving at the practice ground of the club, where he entered the locker room and offered a handshake to some of the players and even met with the youngster Jordan Torunariga, who has been tested positive for the virus.
