A list was prepared by authorities which conclude the total of 42 countries having the cheapest currencies in the world. The benchmark of all of these currencies was the US dollar until April 2007. According to that benchmark, Zimbabwean Dollar was the cheapest and lowest bill that’s why they let go of their mother currency and started to use South African Rand and US dollar.
