CDC warned about second possible coronavirus wave in winters

The Director of CDC, aka the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, warned about the second possible and even worse wave of COVID-19 virus that could hit this upcoming winter during the flu season, to make things even worse. On Tuesday, the CDC director Robert Redfield wrote an article where he stated that there is a possibility of another novel coronavirus attack on the United States in the next winter season, which could actually be deadlier than this one.

He said further that the US could be facing coronavirus epidemic and flu pandemic at the same time, anticipating a double rough up on the health care system. Flu can be controlled with the help of certain medicines and shots, but as far as coronavirus concerns, there isn’t any ultimate cure or vaccine for that in the market, which could cause a fatal blow.

Last time, the flu season erupted in United States in the start of September. However, it has a pervasive treatment system and terms as low disease; Still, health officials claimed a high number of patients and infection rates that took the lives of 34200 US citizens, including 168 children. Though, a total of 35.5 million cases were reported among the people. Thus, having both coronavirus and flu epidemic at the same time could really hit a significant blow to the clinics and hospitals.
