WBZ FM 98.5 is known to be a sports radio service which operates in Boston City, Massachusetts; it uses a brand name ‘98.5 the Sports Hub’. It became live as WNAC-FM in October 1948 within the Broadcasting area of Greater Boston. WBZ FM, which is also called HD Radio, uses a frequency of 98.5 MHz and concentrates on Sports format. The channel is affiliated with Sports USA, Fox Sports Radio, and several other radio channels such as Boston Bruins, New England Patriots, Compass Media, and Boston Celtics. WBZ, which was established in 1943, has three broadcast networks that were affiliated with Westinghouse Broadcasting or CBS Radio (its successors).

Then, again, it revived in 1956 at a frequency of 106.7 MHz; after that, it was sold in 1981 and changed the calls into WMJX. Since Aug 2009, it is called WBZ-FM.
