Trump signed the massive 2.2T Stimulus Package after house passed it
The US House of Representative passed the historic 2.2 Trillion dollars relief deal on Friday, which was earlier approved by Senate. Now Today, the agreement has been signed by the US President Donald Trump himself, after getting approval from the House. The move was made by both the American economy as well as the US nation to fight against this deadly coronavirus situation.
Kentucky’s Republican Representative, Thomas Massie, showed his anger towards both political parties by making them move back to Washington because of doubt whether he would ask for a roll call vote or not. That doubt made many members travel in the United States during these critical situations relating to a public health emergency.
In the end, the House leader revoked Massie’s demand for a roll call vote and let the House pass the relief deal by voice vote instead and now today Trumped signed the relief package after House approval. Though, the members of the House still need to go to Washington with an intent to reject the attempt or at least establish it up to a minimum.
This comprehensive lawmaking is considered as the biggest economic package in US history, as they never passed a bill of 2T dollars ever before. It is termed as the massive monetary injection into the US economy in order to make it stable during these crises; plus, the purpose of supplies is to help the daily wagers, small businesses, and the different industries so that they could easily face this economic problem.
The relief package includes sending direct cash to the US citizens and families, funds for health care facilities and hospitals, a special package to benefit the unemployment, monetary aid to those of small businesses, and providing a 500 billion dollars loan to the bigger corporations.
This is indeed the biggest ever bill passed in the history of the United States, and they came forward to do it at the right time.
